Unfortunately, a few restrictions may prevent your release from being eligible for YouTube Content ID if it contains any audio that was not produced or owned by you.
YouTube takes this subject very seriously. For a release to be qualified, each of the following conditions must be met:
You should hold the rights of the track(s).
Beats, loops, sound effects, and other audio downloaded from sample libraries or other public domains should not be included in the release.
Using any sounds of other artists’ music without any documented authorization from the rightsholder is not allowed or claiming ownership of your remix if theirs is published to YouTube under Content ID.
Releases mustn’t include any segments or samples from movies, video games,
tv shows, etc.
Sound authenticity issues can get quite challenging for all parties involved and we want to avoid that!
